ENERTER® is a tool for the modelling of energy consumption in the building sector on all territorial levels. This tool is based on an exhaustive enumeration and on an accurate description of surfaces. It assures a detailed understanding of energy consumption using simulations for each usage.

It enables us to produce:
 Territorial appraisals on all scales concerning energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, ...
 Technical-economic analyses enabling us to measure the effects of rehabilitation policies.

ENERTER® enables the evaluation of consumption levels and measures to be taken on heating, the production of hot water and of electricity. The databases are updated annually, on the national level.

Given its precision, ENERTER® may be used in order to program, follow up on and evaluate rehabilitation policies enacted by the national government, by local and regional administrations and by real estate managers.
