Assisting project management in the framework of the “Seine Arche” Town Planning consortium. A town planning zone of almost 300 acres composed of tertiary and residential sectors. Modelling of the buildings as a whole in order to elaborate the most appropriate environmental specification sheets.

Assisting project management on the environmental aspects of setting up a town planning zone in Paris’ 18th District (the Pajol zone). Feasibility study to install a boiler plant and a network for wood furnaces.

Elaborating a forecasted energy plan for a tertiary development zone (Arbois Europôle). Forecasting future energy needs for the zone and looking for adequacy with the local renewable offer.
