Developing a follow-up methodology for setting up the Climate Plan for the construction sector. Looking for follow-up indicators for about 30 actions, and instructions for the year 2005.

Setting up a programme to control the energy demand. Accompanying, animating and organising actions, follow-up and evaluation. A three-year assignment to create follow-up and evaluation tools.
